Decora, a leading PVC compounding company in Pakistan, has a rich history spanning three decades. Founded by Haji Muhammad Islam in 1976, our journey began with the production of cable compounds for various manufacturers. We later expanded into manufacturing shoe compounds, serving major shoe producers nationwide. Today, Decora is a trusted brand, realizing our vision of locally producing plastic materials that were once imported.

In 1982, we started as ITTEFAQ PVC Pipes, and in 1984, we established Asian Cable to cater to the electric cable market. In 1988, we took a significant step by introducing Vinyl floor tiles and sheets. Today, Decora Plastic Industries is one of the largest PVC and vinyl floor tile manufacturers in Pakistan. Our wide range of designs and colors has earned national recognition for their outstanding craftsmanship and innovative designs.

In 1995, we introduced pioneering PVC water stoppers for the PARCO project. These water stoppers, endorsed by MAROBINI consultants and tested in Japan, met global standards. They received certifications from TEXAS RESEARCH INSTITUTE (TRI) USA, PCSIR Laboratories Karachi, and Central Testing Laboratory (PITAC) Lahore, gaining widespread acclaim. In 2006, Decora Plastic Industries proudly achieved the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certification. Today, Decora PVC Water stoppers are used in mega projects, commercial ventures, and residential constructions, revolutionizing construction solutions.
