CPE hospital of Cardiology Multan is an advanced care hospital that provides comprehensive cardiology and cardiac surgery services for adult and congenital heart diseases. It has one of the largest modular operation theater suites in the country. The hospital has three cardiac catheterization laboratories. The hospital also has facilities for cardiac CT scan, nuclear cardiology, exercise tolerance testing and echocardiography. 

According to the Punjab government's policy, the hospital's pharmacy provides free medicines to poor patients. A retail pharmacy has been set up in the hospital to facilitate the payment of patients. It provides medicines below market price. It is located on the ground floor in front of the Executive Director's office. The retail pharmacy is being updated and upgraded.
