I was three months pregnant and experiencing severe pain when I visited the hospital for a check-up. Upon arrival, I informed the staff that I was in significant pain and requested an earlier examination. However, my request was ignored, and I was told that patients would be seen according to their assigned numbers and that I would have to wait. I waited for approximately three hours before my turn came and I was finally examined. After the check-up, a staff member inserted an IV drip, but it appeared to be placed incorrectly. I repeatedly informed the staff that I was experiencing pain and that the IV did not seem to be inserted properly. However, they dismissed my concerns and told me that everything was fine and that the pain would go away shortly. Several minutes passed, but the pain continued. As my concerns were not addressed, I eventually removed the IV myself. This experience caused me significant physical discomfort and emotional distress. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed to ensure that patients receive proper care and attention in the future.
