Highnoon Laboratories Limited was incorporated in March 1984 as a private limited company in the historical and cultural city of Lahore, Pakistan. It became a public limited company in 1995. At the same time, the company is modernizing its plant, complying with existing "Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)" by investing in new equipment and technology, upgrading its manufacturing facilities.
