Idrees Textile Mills Limited was incorporated in Karachi on 5 June 1990 as a non-duplicate public limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017). It was later listed on April 28, 1992 on the former Karachi Stock Exchange and Lahore Stock Exchange (now Pakistan Stock Exchange). The main activity of the company is manufacturing and selling of yarns and fabrics. As a responsible corporate citizen, the company ensures full compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
