The idea of establishing ISSB Preparation Academy (IPA) was envisioned keeping in view the critical dearth of a credible institution of such type in the province of Sindh which could prepare our youth appropriately, who is yearning to join Pakistan Armed Forces. On the contrary, other provinces, especially the province of Punjab was having numerous renowned academies for ISSB preparation that gave an edge to their students on one hand and created a vacuum for our youth on the other. Resultantly, Sindh was legging much behind with regards to the number of selected candidates for the Armed Forces. This loophole consequently became a catalytic concept for founding an institution at Karachi which can train our pupils in a way to eventually ensuring their ultimate success in the ISSB.

 he academy is founded by Major Shahid Hussain Abro (R), an Army Officer who is having an extensive experience of training and human resource management. He studied from Cadet College Sanghar with flying colours and achieved various college appointments each year due to his extraordinary results in both curricular and co curricular activities. Other than the fifteen years of field experience in the military, he remained as an Adjutant of the Pakistan Steel Cadet College Karachi for more than three years, where he trained the young cadets rigorously for armed forces. Owing to his unwavering efforts, more than 25 cadets of the college got selected in the Army and Navy. He has also served as a training officer at Military Training Directorate, General Headquarters, Rawalpindi. He hails from a very humble family belonging to District Larkana and is for sure a self made person. Throughout his life, he remained upright, disciplined, hard working, positive and extremely supportive to all related to him. He firmly believes in hard work as there is absolutely no short cut to success. His eloquent and convincing nature has continued to benefit all those who yearn to achieve excellence in any walk of life.
