‘Topi’ was a small village in a ‘Rakh’ in the present location of the Gulistan Colony. In 2007, when a multi-purpose auditorium was constructed in Ayub National Park, it was appropriately named ‘Topi Rakh Auditorium’ thus preserving the heritage of the area.
Good place for events, well organized and I loved it. An excellent avenue to hold and enjoy wedding functions.
