Its registered under section of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017) Corporate Universal Identification no 0152246, also submitted application to Islamabad Health Regulatory Authority (IHRA) for Health Care Establishments (HCE) application no 785. It is managed and operated by professionals who guarantee the stability and continuity of the mental health care delivery system.

It is equipped with state-of-the art psychological equipment and medical /Psychiatric services where needed.
