Women Medical and Dental College is located in the beautiful town of Abbottabad, about 05 km from Murree Road, New Town, in the heart of the city. Women Medical and Dental College has calm and quiet environment in our dental college, full of greenery and cool shades, provides a suitable and ideal environment for students and staff to learn. Women Medical and Dental College began its classes in 2000 and has grown significantly to offer a dental college. 

Women Medical and Dental College is accredited and affiliated with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC), Khyber Medical University, Government of KP's Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA). And College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan (CPSP) Karachi.

Women Medical and Dental College has a well-established department of medical education where courses on various subjects are conducted from time to time. In addition, workshops, symposiums and seminars are organized by the department for the faculty members. Women Medical and Dental College also has Skill Labs, the only service in the region. An IT based learning resource center has also been set up within the college which also provides internet facilities to the undergraduate students.
