Welcome To DHQ Hospital, Bhakkar

The District Headquarters Hospital was relocated to its present location in 1989 (125 beds) and now has 360 beds. It is located on Khansar Road, about 2 km from District Courts. The total area of this hospital is 26 acres. It is providing services not only to the residents of our district but also to the residents of the adjoining districts. 

The hospital is headed by a medical superintendent who is a Grade 19 officer. He is assisted by the new Management Structure Officers, Additional Medical Superintendents (Clinical), Additional Medical Superintendents (Admin), Additional Medical Superintendents (HR & Finance), District Supp Post Manager, Deputy Medical Superintendent and Nursing Superintendent.

Built on the principles of community service, DHQ Hospital Bhakkar offers treatments in a wide range of fields including general surgery, obstetrics and pediatrics, pediatrics, internal medicine, cardiology, pulmonology, endocrinology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, neurology, nephrology. Areas of ophthalmology are included dermatology, psychology and behavioral sciences, urology, orthopedics, burns and plastic surgery, anesthesia, pathology and radiology.
