Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology Faisalabad started functioning on Tuesday, November 13, 2007. It is a third-level special autonomous body for cardiology. It has 202 beds. This institution is working under Punjab Medical and Health Institute ACT-2003 and there are rules made under it. It is located near Chenab Club, Faisalabad. The agency is providing services to heart patients in Faisalabad District and its adjoining districts like Sargodha, Toba Tek Singh, Jhang, Chiniot and beyond. 

Objectives 

The purpose of this institute is to provide the best facilities of heart diagnosis and treatment to the people of Faisalabad and other adjoining areas, to improve cardiac health care facilities in the area, to provide highly specialized services, referrals to Central Punjab and adjoining areas.Our focus is on health awareness programs for medical, paramedical staff and nurses, capacity building, research facilities in cardiology and cardiac surgery, and prevention of heart disease.
